Spring is in the air. Young chefs learn the necessary tools to sharpen their culinary and life skills. New recipes are always introduced so classes are always exploring new delights. Past recipes include lemon grass meatballs with coconut rice, Thai chicken lettuce wraps, and caramelized onion and mushroom risotto. Junior chefs will be in a world of culinary discovery highlighting nutrition, seasonal favorites, while developing knife skills and understanding core ingredients.
