Learn about the wonderful world of 3D modeling and 3D printing in a virtual session taught by recent Homestead High graduates - and teen print gurus - Abraham and Carl. You will learn the basics of the online modeling tool Tinkercad, design a customized small project, and then be able to pick up your prints later in the summer from the Library's Sidewalk Services. Due to limited space, please only register students entering grades 6 - 8 in the fall.
For this session, you will need a computer plugged into a power source and connected to the Internet and the Zoom client updated to the latest version, and a mouse if desired. You are encouraged to assure that you setup supports WebGL for rendering interactive 3D graphics by going to https://get.webgl.org/. Zoom details will be sent to registrants the day before the event.
