As our world has slowed down, many of us have become aware of the vast sea of our feelings. We may be experiencing fear, anger, grief, joy, and sadness all within the span of our day. The beauty of our emotions is that they are telling us something. They are a voice into actions we need to take, but often times we choose to turn away or numb those feelings because they can be unsettling.
This is a time we can sit with our sadness, fear, anger, grief and talk about what they mean and how we can allow them to be a guide to a more content and accepting life. Discover how your emotions are a path to your own understanding and healing.
Join us for the next four Wednesdays as we explore the emotions of anger, fear, sadness and grief. Add some tools to your own tool box in how to cope during times of uncertainty and find comfort even in the uncomfortable. Much of our work will be based from Karla McLaren’s book The Language of Emotions.
