Wildlife Conservation (9:00am - 12:00pm)In our wildlife conservation camp our young scientists learn about the unique biodiversity found throughout the world. Campers will learn what it takes to protect various habitats and how they can practice conservation in their own homes.Supervised Lunch Break (12:00pm -1:00pm)Zoo Vets (1:00pm - 4:00pm)Considering a career in veterinary medicine? Vets can specialize in more than just cats and dogs. Join us as we dive into an intensive week learning about various animal species, discovering diagnostic tools, studying symptoms, and even practicing treatments just like our zoo veterinarians do!To enroll in Wildlife Conservation or Zoo Vets as a Half-Day camp only, use class numbers 322.1.2094 and 322.1.2095, respectively.General Camp InformationSummer camps at Happy Hollow will provide your child with lifelong memories. Each camp is thematically different and incorporates a variety of age-appropriate conservation messaging and activities. Children attend camps independently without parents/guardians and should be comfortable in a group setting.Campers may join us for half or full-day camps. Campers attending both morning and afternoon sessions will be provided with a supervised lunch hour at no additional cost. All full-day campers are required to bring reusable water bottles and two snacks. Campers enrolled in full-day camps may bring their own lunch and snacks or purchase a bag lunch (which includes two snacks and a drink) at the time of registration. Each camper will receive one camp shirt per week of camp to be worn each day of camp. Additional t-shirts and bag lunches (full-day only) are available for purchase at the time of registration by clicking the "+AddMerchandise" link.Drop-off for full-day camps is from 8:45-9:00am. Pick-up for full-day camps is at 4:00pm. Campers must be signed in and out of camp with a Camp Instructor each day for your child's safety. A valid form of ID must be presented upon the request of a Camp Instructor.
