In our CIT - Counselors in Training program, High School youth will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills. CIT's will assist staff in setting up and leading activities and games in our youth Summer Day Camp program. CIT's will participate and engage in games with the children. CIT's will receive training and guidance on setting an example, being role models, problem solving, and leading younger peers. CIT's will interact and play recreational games with children. We will have team building games, sports, relay races, exercise and fitness, arts & craft projects, painting, swimming and field trips for the kids.
