Ballet is the basis of every dance form. Our classes are structured and follow a cohesive curriculum from beginning levels through professional. Students will be guided through proper stretching and warm up exercises, barre and center floor technique, and choreography.
This proven training method is essential for the safety of the dancer and it ensures the dancer’s technique will meet the standards of professional companies or university dance programs.
