Santa Clara University Lacrosse Coach Greg Mengis and Fremont Lacrosse Academy Fitness Coordinator Gina Sulyma have created a combo camp that can help you with one or both.
- AM campers will learn and develop skills to help them enjoy and play the game of Lacrosse.
- PM campers will learn about exercise, flexibility, nutrition, confidence and above all having fun.
Morning, Afternoon and All Day options are available. Bring water, comfortable athletic clothing and shoes.
Lacrosse has been called the fastest game on two feet. Fremont Summer Lacrosse Academy provides a fun and instructive camp, that has been designed by Santa Clara University Lacrosse Coach Greg Mengis. Coach Mengis and his certified and experienced group of lacrosse instructors will coach the academy participants to help develop fundamental lacrosse skills such as passing, catching, shooting, and scooping ground balls. Summer Lacrosse Academy is a great way to try out the game for the first time, or to warm up your skills to prep for the upcoming lacrosse seasons! This camp is for both boys and girls, and all basic equipment is provided.
