6th, 7th, and 8th graders are invited to this fun class to learn how to design and 3D print their own personalized bookmark.
CAD 4 Kids is a two-week program for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. It will meet at the Joyce Ellington Branch Library.
In the first session, participants will learn how to use TinkerCAD, a web-based software, to design their own keychain holder.
In the second session, participants will learn about how a 3D printer works, and will then 3D print their previously designed model to take home with them.
Previous experience with CAD or 3D printing is not required.
Pre-registration is required. Registered participants who are late to the program may lose their spot in the program.
