Pre-teens and teens have the opportunity to cultivate body awareness, learn tools for safely building strength / expanding flexibility, and have fun! Students will be encouraged to express themselves and embrace their unique qualities through movement. Dancers will explore hip hop and jazz dancing as well as participate in daily yoga practices. They will also begin to develop the ability to choose daily habits that support balance. A dance party will be hosted for the dancers on Friday! This camp will focus on the dance experience rather than the performance outcome. Half or full day options.
