One of the best times in a child's life is summer time. Each summer, we strive to create the best summer ever for our campers with an exciting line-up of fun and learning! Count on making lots of new friends, challenging yourself, exploring the Bay Area and staying active all summer long.
Morning academics, afternoon activities, weekly day trips and optional overnight camping trips ensure everyone learns and tries something new.
Fun and Learning
Academics
During morning study hours, campers get personalized attention from experienced and caring teachers. In just one summer, a camper can conquer a subject they’ve been having difficulty with, explore new subjects of interest, or improve study skills by learning how to study effectively. Campers coming from overseas have plenty of opportunity to practice their English skills, too.
Athletics
Get outside! Play sports and games, build athletic skills and enjoy friendly competition. Gain stamina and strength while hiking, swimming, kayaking, horseback riding and engaging in other activities on day trips.
Maker Camp
Delphi Summer Camp is registered as an official Maker Camp, bringing tinkering, making, creativity, DIY, technology and science to campers of all ages. Engaging themes set campers exploring, building and problem-solving together on fun, creative challenges.
Arts
It wouldn’t be summer camp without exploring the arts! Our art electives range from 3D printing and design to acting and drawing. Campers may tie-dye a shirt, paint a masterpiece, build a sculpture from recycled objects or blend pastels. The Art Studio is a place to discover new media, film a short movie and try some classic camp crafts.
Adventure
Age-appropriate day trips and exciting overnight trips throughout the summer ensure that everyone experiences something new. Visit museums, parks, beaches, farms, historic buildings, tide pools and more! Get out in nature, gain confidence in new areas and discover new abilities. While having fun, campers experience many opportunities for personal growth.
Our Goals
Provide each camper with a fun, engaging, safe and friendly summer camp where they can learn new things, challenge themselves, make friends and become more able and confident.
