Just starting Martial Arts? This is the class for you! This program is for white belts through orange and black belts. Students will train on the floor for 2 hours per week. We will begin to learn the basic skills of martial arts such as hand and foot techniques, self defense, katas (a series of movements put together) and basic sparring concepts
Students learn the basic techniques
Students must come to a Monday or a Tuesday and then a Wednesday or Thursday.
